- A few spinach leaves
- 1 egg
- A few pieces of any bell pepper, chopped
- ½ green chilli, chopped
- ½ teaspoon of avocado or olive oil
- Combine one beaten egg, a few spinach leaves, bell pepper and green chilli.
- Add some oil in a pan, once the oil is slightly hot, throw in the egg mixture and let it set for one minute. Flip to serve.
