Not everyone looks good with a moustache, especially if you are a woman. And not everyone can survive the plucking, tweezing, and snipping. Here’s a natural way to remove the facial hair you don’t want.

For so many women, the bane of their life is facial hair. Except for eyebrows, of course.

We go to salons, and to laser hair removal experts to remove the offending hair from our upper lips and our chins, from our foreheads and our jaw lines.

We lose confidence and stop going out much. We tweeze, we pluck, we snip…oh, the things we do to remove facial hair! The many hair removal creams available in the market are full of chemicals, and might not suit everyone. They can cause burning, irritation, redness, and rashes. So we bring to you a face pack which can help in your quest for a hair-free face! Yes, yes…except the eyebrows.

Oatmeal, Honey, and Lemon Face Pack

The grainy texture of oatmeal acts as an exfoliator, while honey helps to make your skin soft and smooth. Oatmeal contains antioxidants that are good for your skin. Honey is anti-inflammatory, and lemon acts as a bleaching agent. This pack will leave your face feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp oatmeal, coarsely ground
  • 6-8 drops fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Rose water

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together, and apply on the face.
  • Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once dry, rub your face in circular motions for about 3-5 minutes with rose water. Make sure you do this very gently.
  • Rub against the direction of hair growth.
  • Wash with warm water.
  • Repeat 2-3 times a week.

Make sure to rub in extremely gentle motions, so as to avoid rashes and redness. If you take a bath with warm water before applying the pack, it will help in opening the pores and hence, will remove hair more effectively.
