The Workout Smoothie

Sweet, creamy (and healthy)!

Fitness enthusiasts, take note - this smoothie is going to be your constant post-workout companion!

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 banana sliced

10 almonds

¼ cup plain yoghurt

¼ cup milk of your choice

1 tsp raisins

1 tsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

3 ice cubes

1 scoop cacao powder

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Serve chilled.
