Known for her impactful roles, soulful eyes, curvy body, and tiny waist, Scarlett is someone who can flaunt her body with aplomb. To train for power-packed roles in Avengers and Iron Man 2, her trainer Bobby Strom gave her a special workout routine, which consisted of squats, lunges, chin ups, push ups, planks, and Olympic-style lifts. She opts for baking and grilling, instead of pan-frying or frying her meats. Apart from pumping iron for her overall body sculpting, she undertakes serious arm-strengthening and hip exercises, such as jumping squats and burpees, to pump up her heart rate, and utilises bigger muscle groups to burn calories and attain killer abs. While training for Charlie’s Angels, Cameron revealed that she followed a strict kickboxing routine, where she was doing more than 1,500-2,000 kicks a day, for a total of 6-8 hours. It was this extremely intense and physically challenging workout that helped her to not only get 6-pack abs, but also test her body’s limits.
