Mango Strawberry Parfait With Amaranth

If you have a sweet tooth, this dish is perfect for you. The sweetness comes from the fruits and honey, and is definitely a safer bet than the gooey chocolate cake, you’ve been eyeing!Serves 2
- 1 banana- sliced
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- ½ cup fresh mango- chopped
- 1 spoon organic honey
- 1 handful of strawberries- chopped
- ½ tsp of flax seeds
- 50 gms of popped amaranth
- Add yoghurt , amaranth, mango, and strawberries, in layers.
- Add banana, and top with honey and flax seeds.
- It’s ready to be served.
