Weekend Recipe: Honey Soy Salmon
This recipe combines the goodness and omega-3 fatty acids of salmon with the sweetness of honey and the pungent taste of soy sauce. This dish is light and will fill you up at the same time, because of the fibre in brown rice.

- ½ tbsp honey
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 150 gms salmon filet
- Brown rice
- Preheat the broiler and combine the honey with soy sauce.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and broil for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with the honey-soy sauce and broil for an additional 2-5 minutes.
- Serve with plain boiled brown rice and sauteed spinach.
