Homemade Oatmeal Cookie

Sometimes you just gotta have a sweet, satisfying cookie and forget about the calories. What if we tell you a secret to healthier cookies?

Remove sugar, add jaggery - it’s that simple!

Serves 2

Ingredients:



 
  • Oats: ½ cup 
  • Liquid egg whites: ¼ cup
  • Jaggery: 1 ½ tbsp 
  • All-purpose flour: 1 ½ tbsp
  • Raisins: 2 tbsp 
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp 
  • Baking powder: ½ tsp 
  • Cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
  • Mix oats, egg whites, jaggery, flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, raisins, and add cinnamon to taste. 
  • Flatten half the mixture into the bottom of the bowl and heat in the oven for 2-4 minutes at 180 degrees F. 
  • Pop cookie out of the bowl and repeat the same steps with the second half of the mixture.
