Healthy Pita Bite
Mediterranean food has long been known to be healthy and beneficial to the body in many ways. Its taste is just a bonus!Serves 2
- 1 wholewheat pita
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 large red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
- 1 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp black olives
- 4-5 slices of cucumber
- A handful of mixed greens
- Split open the pita and spread hummus on one side.
- Add red pepper, feta, black olives, cucumber, and mixed greens.
- Healthy pita bite is ready.
