Since then, this cute actress has also been garnering rave reviews and many accolades for her methodical acting skills. But did you know that this fit and sensuous actress was once a chubby girl in her teen years who weighed almost 68 kilos? This natural and flawless beauty’s workout routine consists of a variety of exercises and training regimes. She is dedicated towards Pilates, circuit training, cycling, swimming, kickboxing, running, dancing, and beach running.

  1. Weight and strength training – Along with these, she is also very keen on performing a range of weight and strength-training exercises to tone her muscles, such as dumbbell raises, bicep curls, lunges, squats, lateral pull downs, and push ups. She does a minimum of 20 repetitions of each of the exercises, and goes to the gym 3-4 times a week, along with being regularly involved in Pilates.
  2. Love for yoga – Apart from these, Alia does regular yoga to tone her svelte figure. She loves doing ashtanga yoga a minimum of twice a week. She also performs a few rounds of surya namaskar in the morning, followed by a few high-intensity stretches. Reason enough for her to have such naturally radiant and gorgeous skin too!

3. Dancing her way to fitness – This charming actress is also known to have a deep passion for dancing, which, in turn, helps in adding to her strength and flexibility. Even though she learnt dancing during her school days and never practiced it religiously post that, today, she has rekindled her long lost love for ballet. Along with ballet, this sizzling damsel also likes to practice kathak off and on.

As we all know, no workout routine is complete without following a proper, customised diet. Alia is often on a low-carb, high-fibre, and high-protein diet, combined with healthy fats. Junk foods, refined sugar, and refined flour do not feature in her diet list. Instead, yoghurt, oats, fresh fruits, and salads do.
