Banana, Cinnamon, And Peanut Butter Toast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We need something to ‘break the fast’,Something that gives us energy, and of course, something that is healthy. Bananas and wholegrain rye bread, both rev up your metabolism, to set the tone for the day; cinnamon provides antioxidants; and the peanut butter gives you a good dose of monounsaturated fats and protein!
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 slice rye bread, toasted
- 1 banana, sliced

- Top with banana slices.
- Add a dash of cinnamon.
- It’s ready to be served.
