This antioxidant smoothie is, as the name suggests, a powerhouse of antioxidants.
If you get a blast of berry goodness along with a shot of antioxidants in under 5 minutes, what could be better? Not only will you be full for longer, but its antioxidant content will give you amazing health benefits, and the fibre will help you with your weight loss!
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- Mix all the ingredients and blend together till smooth.
- Optional: Add maca powder or hemp seeds.
