1. Establish a reason


It’s easy to lose sight of the goal when you don’t have a solid reason behind it. Establish a reason why you want to lose weight- to fit into that dress, for better sex, or just to a healthier version of yourself. Every day, repeat the established reason to yourself, and you’ll see a commendable difference in your approach.

2. Find a role model

Having a role model to look up to can be a great motivator on your weight loss journey. Your role model could be a celebrity the world swoons over or your neighbourhood aunty, anyone whose transformation inspires you. Try to know more about their journey, the challenges they faced, and what kept them going.
However, remember, every individual’s body and lifestyle is different. Don’t try to mimic their weight loss plan. Instead, consult an expert and get one tailor-made for you.

3. Reward yourself

Set small milestones, and reward yourself after you’ve achieved them. These rewards can be anything that makes you happy. Not only you can work out and share your diet food with them, but you can give each other that extra push and stay motivated throughout.
