Sometimes it’s the little changes that modify the big picture. Do these small things, and you could look at an overall healthy and happy life.

You know you need to eat better, exercise more, cut down on sugar and alcohol, say no to fried and processed food…whew! The list is definitely long. If the idea of completely changing your lifestyle terrifies you because of the overwhelming amount of things you need to change, don’t you worry. Help is at hand. If you start by making small changes, they will make a lot of difference, and will eventually lead to the bigger and better stuff.

Here’s a cheat sheet:

3 of 3 – Ensure that you have at least 3 pieces of any 3 fruits every day.

Break for nuts – A handful of nuts helps greatly to maintain a healthy heart and a slimmer belly.

healthhunt recommends - Organic Pine Nuts

High stress combat – Be aware of your stressful moments – calm yourself down with a cool vegetable juice instantly.

Try this - Rose Chamomile Tea

Tips For Healthy Living

Salad first – Before your main meal, make it a habit to eat a bit of salad every day. Watch how you eat less, and stay full for longer.

Sun fun – Soak in a bit everyday – vitamin D is important.

Tips For Healthy Living

35 minutes only – Did you know that just doing 35 minutes of any form of exercise a day can do wonders to your body? Take that dance class, or go for a brisk walk today.

Read – Reading a small article or paragraph on health every day will motivate you.

ZZZZ – Make sure you are getting enough sleep every day. We recommend 7-8 hours daily.

Try this -  Pure Nutrition Deep Sleep Infusion

H2O – If you don’t drink enough water, you are negating all your efforts for a healthier and happier you.

Buy it here - Alkalen Enhanced Alkaline Water

Tips For Healthy Living

Time out – Make sure you have at least 1 hour a day to yourself. Be militant about it. Or better still, add it to your calendar just like you would for other meetings.

With these minor changes, your mind and body both will be primed to chalk out a new you in no time!

A woman of many talents, she spent 15 years in the diamond industry with Rapaport Diamonds, helping shape policies relating to the diamond trading of various countries, until she decided to pursue her cherished passion – health and wellness. To that end, she then went on to study nutrition from Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest school for nutrition. Pooja mastered the art of yoga years ago – before it was ‘fashionable’, in the age where it was actually unconventional for a 15-year-old to take it up, and till date, she finds time to practice it. Deciding to combine her strong background in business development and strategy with her true calling was the eureka moment in Pooja’s life, that has given shape to what healthhunt is today. She has set out on the arduous voyage to make a difference in people’s lives. And with healthhunt, a content-led marketplace in the health and wellness space, she plans to do the same.
